The Nurse is one of Dead By Daylight's most notorious Killers, capable of taking out survivors from any distance. She's a popular and exceptionally difficult pick, requiring a lot of time and dedication to master. To ease your troubles, here are our best Nurse builds in DBD.
With this build I got 563 wins in a row!
The Nurse is one of the most challenging Killers to play in Dead by Daylight due to her power that requires a lot of precision and muscle memory. For this early build, I opted for immediately available Perks and add-ons that you don’t need to obtain through prestige levels. This also goes for the mid-game build, since The Nurse is already difficult and your start should be easier anyway. Here are The Nurse’s starting Perks:
Each of these three Perks are fantastic to use, even within builds based on other Killers or high-level Nurse loadouts. Thanatophobia and A Nurse’s Calling will especially help you in the early stages, as they hinder Survivors in a myriad of ways, allowing you to hunt them down and subdue them quickly. As for early stage add-ons, you can use the Pocket Watch and the Plaid Flannel, as the former increases the time it takes for fatigue to hit you, and the latter gives you a visual cue of where your teleport will land. Don’t get too hung up on the latter, though, as you’ll need to remove it in high-level play and it’ll require all the muscle memory and intuition you can muster.
As you progress a bit further into the Bloodweb, you’ll unlock a few other Perks that can work really well with the Nurse. Again, like with the early-game build, we’re going to focus on the Perks that everyone has access to with enough Bloodpoints spent, and we’ll relegate the prestige builds to the late-game stuff when you’re mastering the Nurse as a Killer, which is a challenge in and of itself. Here are our picks for the best mid-game Nurse Perks:
