Waiting Room lets you, as the meeting organizer, control when a participant joins the meeting. The feature ensures that your meetings are protected and only contain the participants you want in the meeting. Waiting Room, as the name suggests, acts as a staging area, preventing new participants from joining the meeting until the host is ready.
Designed to promote best security practices during video conferencing, Waiting Room ensures that attackers can no longer independently enter a meeting session.
