In Baldur's Gate 3, Zaith'isk is a device that can either give you a permanent buff or a debuff you want to get rid of depending on your choices. After completing all of the objectives in the Goblin Camp, you'll find Creche Y'llek beneath the Rosymorn Monastery as you progress. And in the Creche, you will stumble upon Zaith'isk, a naturally occurring and part-mechanical Githyanki Device that can fix your Tadpole problem. The game doesn't tell you what the pros and cons of using the Githyanki device are, though.
Baldur's Gate 3 – Don't Let Lae'zel Do THIS One Thing
There are a lot of things to consider here before you volunteer to use the Zaith'isk in Baldur's Gate 3. So if you are wondering where you can find the Githyanki Device to use it, here is a guide that you should check out.
The Zaith'isk in BG3, as mentioned above, is a Githyanki Device found in the Creche Y'llek beneath the Rosymorn Monastery. Once in the Creche, you will need to interact with Ghustil Stornugoss in the Infirmary. The NPC will oversee all the device's processing and will help you destroy the Mind Flayer Tadpole with it.
Before going through the process, we recommend that you save your game first. After you interact with Ghustil and agree to use the device, Lae'zel will come forward and insist on using the device first. However, we recommend that you ignore her advice and use the device yourself. The main reason is that if Lae'zel continues with the Zaith'isk, she will eventually get stuck with a permanent debuff that will reduce three of her random stats.
