Because the Warlock's kit places such a heavy emphasis on DoT effects, this build prioritizes them by consistently landing debuffs on a large number of enemies. Because of this focus, we'll be utilizing three major Legendaries that boost Bleed DoT and improve the overall DoT damage of Burn and Necrotic. With these three DoTs and the addition of other minor DoTs, this build will make short work of just about anything Last Epoch throws at you and is viable well into the endgame.
The Warlock is a subclass of the Acolyte, so Intelligence is by far the most important stat for this build. Intelligence increases your Spell Damage potency, which is also a secondary stat to look out for. There are also non-Attribute stats to look out for in your gear for this build.
These stats are essential parts of this Warlock build and I highly recommend getting as much gear as possible, supplemented with Intelligence.
