Players can learn Instinct in Blox Fruits by interacting with the Instinct Teacher. You'll encounter this NPC in the Temple on the Upper Skylands. While you can sail to the Skylands early on in the first sea, you'll need to battle your way to level 300 or higher to reach the Upper Skylands.
Additionally, you must also complete the Saber Expert Puzzle and defeat the Saber Expert at least once in the game. Defeating the NPC will reward you with the legendary Saber Sword that he wields. Once you defeat the Saber Expert, simply head to the second area of the Upper Skylands. Players will find the Instinct Teacher atop the temple-like structure in the area.
