Apple has recently added a bunch of features to their iPhones that improve the quality of life and the most talked about feature is the new ‘Bring Devices Together’ feature. This new feature allows you to wirelessly exchange contact information with someone. So if you find it tiresome to create new contacts every time you exchange information with someone, then this might be the perfect feature for you. Let’s take a quick look at the ‘Bring Devices Together’ feature and how you can use it on your iPhone.
iOS 17 NameDrop ALERT? EVERYTHING you need to know!
Bring Devices Together, also known as NameDrop, is a new feature that lets you seamlessly exchange contacts with someone, as long as they have an iPhone and the feature is enabled. When you bring the top of your iPhone close to someone else's iPhone, NameDrop will activate, automatically prompting both users to exchange contact information. You can then choose to exchange contact information with the other user or just receive their contacts, depending on your preferences.
