The stakes have been high since Infinity was announced as a reboot of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. For fans of the Modern Warfare franchise, this was a chance to see some of the most beloved characters return to the game. And Infinity War certainly delivered.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Single-Player Campaign Review
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is how you would want every first-person shooter to be designed; everything about the game seemed perfect, from the cutscenes to the way the missions were built; you always have a clear objective. On top of that, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare plays like a war movie where you are actively participating.
The way war and war crimes are depicted in the game is so realistic that you will also form a bond with most of the characters in the game. And with the return of everyone's favorite Captain Price as director of the series, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare confirms its position as probably the best shooter of 2019.
This is no mean feat though, considering you have two giants from Ubisoft in the league of Modern Warfare in Division 2 and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare crushing the competition. Starting the game you know there’s something special about it, with the cinematics designed to draw you in, the relationships that are built and broken, and the best part being the character arc given to everyone.
