This article explains why you generally can't request your browsing history from your ISP.
Can your ISP SEE and SHARE your browsing history?
While it is true that your ISP keeps track of your internet history, most ISPs will not release this information, even to the customer. Still, it never hurts to ask. The only way to know for sure is to check with your provider.
Your ISP keeps track of the websites you visit and the files you download. All ISPs have privacy policies that explain how customer information is used, stored, and protected. Depending on how the website is encrypted (via HTTP or HTTPS), your ISP may only be able to see the domain names of the sites you visit, or the full URL.
Most ISPs claim to keep your data confidential, so no one is actively looking at your internet history. However, if the government asks for data, they must comply with law enforcement. For example, there have been cases of ISP data being used to prosecute online piracy.
