Hades 2 features over 30 characters from Greek mythology, but what's the point if one of them, Hypnos, sleeps through the entire game?

Hypnos, a familiar face from the original, makes a return in Hades 2. The god of sleep, or as the game likes to call him, “Sleep Incarnate,” it’s no surprise that he’ll be dozing off when you first encounter him. But as time goes on and you conquer prophecy after prophecy and tackle boss after boss, you can’t help but wonder: will Hypnos ever rise and shine?
You cannot wake Hypnos in Hades 2. Despite your best attempts and all the interactions you have with him, Hypnos remains asleep and there is no magic button to wake him from his slumber.
If you give Hypnos Nectar as a gift, he will mumble a few sentences, but that's about it.
