Most pet cat owners have experienced that moment of uncertainty when it’s hard to tell if their furry baby has run out the front door or is simply asleep under the couch. Tile for Cats aims to circumvent the semi-frantic search that follows such events by providing you with a way to safely and conveniently attach a Tile tracking sticker to your furry friend.
Each Tile for Cats kit comes with a tracking sticker and a silicone collar attachment that’s designed to fit collars (buckle or unbuckle) that are three-eighths to three-quarters of an inch wide. All you need to do is place the tracking sticker into the attachment, slide it onto a collar, and then place the collar on your cat. Keep in mind that this is really only intended for indoor cats, as the range of the tracking sticker is up to 250 feet (via Bluetooth).
The tracking sticker and attachment are water-resistant and compatible with Android and iOS devices. You can also use voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Google to check on your cat’s position hands-free. Your cat can also be added to your “Circle” (if you’re a Life360 member), so you can check on them with the Life360 map. And the sticker itself has an expected battery life of three years (not replaceable or removable), meaning you won’t have to replace it often.
