Animations are a great way to make a PowerPoint presentation more interesting. But animations don’t always appear on the screen the way you want them to. If your animation goes wrong, change the order of the animations.
Change the order of animations in PowerPoint
To change the order of a PowerPoint animation, you can simply drag the animation to a new location in the Animations pane.
To change the order of an animation, select the slide with the animations, go to Animations and select Animation Pane. The Animation Pane shows each animation on the slide in the order in which the animations will occur.
Drag an animation from its current position to a new position (you will see the insertion point shown as a red line in the animation list). The new order will take effect immediately.
