Charli XCX has booked her second big screen role, as the mom of summer has been cast in Gregg Araki's "I Want Your Sex."

A film described as a descent into a world of "sex, obsession, power, betrayal and murder" — albeit with an irreverent tone — sees the singer join previously announced leads Olivia Wilde and Cooper Hoffman ("Licorice Pizza").

Details about Charli's role are under wraps. Director Araki co-wrote the script with Karley Sciortino, and production is set to begin in October in Los Angeles via Black Bear. Charli, born Charlotte Emma Aitchison, was also cast in Daniel Goldhaber's upcoming remake of Legendary Entertainment's cult classic "Faces of Death" last spring.

The full synopsis for "I Want Your Sex" reads: "How far is too far? When fresh-faced Elliot (Hoffman) lands an exciting job working for famed artist, icon and provocateur Erika Tracy (Wilde), his fantasies become reality when Erika approaches him to become her sexual muse.
