Christopher Harper’s journey into technology began with a gaming habit at the age of 3, when he began to understand the relationship between his button presses and what was happening on the TV. In his late teens, this developed into a passion for fixing and tweaking technology. This included unlocking his first smartphone, an Xperia Play, and flashing various custom ROMs and kernels to improve his user experience. This also included fixing PCs for family members, experimenting with Linux distributions himself, and eventually building his first gaming PC in 2014.

Christopher's writing experience began when he started ghostwriting at the age of 16 for some extra pocket money. Over time, this developed into a real specialty and Christopher has been making a living from it ever since. Since March 2015, Christopher has been writing under his own name for publications such as MakeTechEasier, where he provides technical tutorials, reviews, and how-tos, with a focus on PC hardware.
