Call of Duty leakers have dropped a ton of details surrounding specifics surrounding Black Ops 6's late October launch, including a supposedly confirmed map list that will feature the return of several key elements from the series and a long-awaited feature making a return to the franchise.

BREAKING: Major BLACK OPS 6 MULTIPLAYER GAMEPLAY LEAKS! GUNSMITH UPDATE, LOADOUT changes, and more!

Leaked account "Betterthanalaix" shared dozens of tweets, images, and video clips on X (formerly Twitter) on August 3. Among them were small clips of gameplay footage showing off features like Black Ops 6's omnimovement system and slide cancellation, the apparent return of the custom reticle system via a menu tab, and a list of maps that would be available at launch.

Fans will be happy to hear that Nuketown has made it onto the map list. The map was first introduced in the original Black Ops back in 2010 and quickly became one of the franchise’s most popular maps ever. Other remastered maps such as Firing Range, Hacienda, and Vorkuta were also listed by the dataminer. After the success of remastered maps in Modern Warfare 3, it comes as no surprise to see Activision and Treyarch revisiting old battlegrounds for the release of Black Ops 6.

Another clip shared by the dataminer shows the player interacting with elements within Black Ops 6's maps, including secret doors, vents, security systems, and ziplines. We've seen a few of these elements make their way into recent CoD titles, but these secret sections of each map will add a touch of complexity to the otherwise standard map layouts we've seen from the franchise.
