To fully complete each region in medieval strategy RPG Wartales, you'll need to complete all of the quests. Whether you're new to the Convincing Information quest, or a veteran who couldn't complete it due to a bug, read on for the information you'll need in this walkthrough.

Convincing Information is a Wartales quest that you can pick up in the Drombach County region. This is in the snowy far northwest of the game map and if you're playing region locked you'll encounter some of the toughest enemies in the game, with levels ranging from 9-11.
At launch, a bug affected many players, causing the quest to be completed but not registered as such. This bug was fixed in the April 26, 2024 patch, and returning players can read how to complete the quest below. To pick up this quest as a new player, head to the Scholar's Choice Market in New-Asthel (listed above) and speak to the Lady Mayoress. After speaking to you, she will leave the market. Follow her outside to receive the quest.
When you speak to the Lady Mayoress (map above), she will tell you that the local innkeeper has disappeared. She asks you to find the innkeeper and bring him back, giving you a possible clue to his whereabouts. Before you leave New-Asthel, I recommend making sure you have at least 1 piton and 100+ Influence.
