When the song/album is the same: In the second example, "How Do You Like Me Now?" is the title of the song, but it is also the title of the album and in that context it is treated as the title of the album, using italics. It would be just as correct to write: My favorite song on the album How Do You Like Me Now? is "How Do You Like Me Now?"
