Lethal Company has been steadily getting major updates to monsters and moons, and there are new items in the store too, but version 55 brings what looks like the biggest update of all: a Company Cruiser.

According to the teaser trailer on Zeekerss' YouTube channel, Lethal Company Version 55 will launch on June 25, 2024 or earlier. I really hope it's sooner rather than later, because I'd like to get that car ASAP and drift around all the moons. I can see myself driving off a cliff, so I hope it's durable (although I wouldn't mind dying in an epic explosion).

So far, there’s no information on how to get the car in the game. Normally, all items and ship upgrades are purchased from the store at the terminal, so we can assume that the car will be purchasable as well. It will also likely cost a fair bit of money, as this seems more like a late-game update than something you’d have to have from the start.

The car will be very useful for quickly transporting loot back to the ship, especially if there is a lot of storage space in the trunk. It can also be very useful for surviving when the sun goes down and all the night monsters start cruising the moons to kill you.
