D-Link routers rarely require a default password and typically use the default IP address of 192.168.0.1. There are exceptions, however, as you can see in the table below.

This table contains default usernames, passwords, and IP addresses for various D-Link models. I have only collected these from official sources on the D-Link website, including support pages and user manuals. [1] The D-Link DI-634M router has two default access accounts: an administrator-level account (administrator's username) used for router management and a user-level account (user's username) used to view data but not make changes.

[2] D-Link DI-701 routers have a standard administrator-level account (no username or password required), as well as another administrator-level account for ISPs called Super Admin (no username with a password of the year 2000) which offers the additional ability to set a user limit via the usrlimit command, available in the router's terminal mode.
