This article explains what the default login credentials are for the D-Link DIR-605L router. It also describes how to reset the router if the default password does not work.

As with almost all other D-Link routers, the DIR-605L does not use a default password. However, there is a default username, admin.

The default IP address of the DIR-605L is 192.168.0.1. Entering this address as a URL (http://192.168.0.1) will allow you to access the router's administration panel.

Change the default password for DIR-605L to something complex and difficult to guess. Leaving the password blank is not a good security measure.
