Shadeen Anglin: Stay Alive
Dan spent ten years working for Uproxx.com and other media outlets, covering apps, gaming, social media, smart home, and other technology that we use every day in our lives, whether we realize it or not. Dan has covered everything from the latest changes in Facebook to technical flaws in popular phones, often covering technology hands-on.
He was an early smartphone enthusiast who spent a lot of time turning a dumb apartment into a smart home, and a gaming journalist who used and wrote about consoles from Playstation to Xbox (and Nintendo in between).
Dan has worked with technology in some form or another almost from the beginning, becoming a fully certified film projector at 15, supervising computer labs and classes at university, working with digital video and audio, and eventually as a journalist covering all aspects of the industry. He is also unofficial tech support for his family and is currently working with Ubuntu and learning C#.
