For most combat situations, you’ll be transforming into either the Bear or the Panther. What the Bear lacks in mobility, it makes up for in raw power, while the Panther sacrifices a bit of its stopping power for unmatched agility. As such, the perks you should be aiming for are those that enhance your combat prowess while Shapeshifting to maximize your potential in PvP situations.
