David worked in corporate IT for 15 years in various support and management roles in the UK, Australia and New Zealand before changing careers to become a travel and technology writer and small business owner. He founded his own travel technology site (TooManyAdapters.com) and his own travel blog (WhatsDaveDoing.com) and his work has also appeared in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune and other major publications.

David received a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
