Micah-10 needs your help to track down another Ghost who has gone missing in Destiny 2. This time, they've headed to the Dreaming City and investigated activity between the two planes while Mara was away to focus on the war against The Witness.

This one requires you to track their Ghost Telemetry beacon in the Astral Plane during a specific Strike. As with previous quests where Micah-10 asked you to track down other Ghosts, you only have a short amount of time to gather these details before returning to the overworld. You'll want to gather this data quickly as you play Destiny 2 and track down the next lost Ghost.
The Strike you need to complete is called Dark Monastery. It takes you to a northwestern part of Dreaming City, where Crow will lead you to a section he and Glint tracked years ago. The Strike is relatively straightforward and should lead you to where you need to go to track down Ghost's Telemetry in Destiny 2.
After you’ve completed most of the Strike, go through the portal; there should be a statue just before you enter the Ascendant Plane. I highly recommend grabbing it and the Ghost Telemetry before continuing, as things will get chaotic if you go back to the front and through your plane of reality. After you’ve done this, complete the Strike and wait for it to time out. Don’t go back to orbit; this next part will be much easier if you wait until everything is done, unlike The Past or The Oracle quests.
