The Sepazontec is a unique Quarterstaff in Diablo 4 that can be used by the Spiritborn class (only accessible to those with the Vessel of Hatred expansion). This weapon comes with several interesting modifiers/affixes such as Block Chance, +Dexterity, +Basic Lucky Hit Chance, and boosts to Follow Through.

This weapon requires level 73+ and also unlocks a new look upon salvage when you no longer need it. It has the modifier of 'Every 3rd cast of a basic skill hits three times' and if your build values your basic skill, this weapon will prove to be quite useful. There are two Lair Bosses you can farm to make it possible – more details below.

There is no set way to get the Sepazontec, but you are more likely to get it on the Torment difficulty levels. The higher the better. If you are lucky, you can get it by farming Duriel, King of Maggots and The Echo of Andariel.

But aside from these Lair bosses, you can even find it via chests or by defeating enemies. It doesn't hurt to break objects along the way, because you never know!
