Starting today, PS4 and PS5 players can link their PlayStation Network (PSN) account to their Discord account and show which games they're playing.

This new integration is fairly limited in scope, as it is slowly rolling out to gamers in the United States. This new integration is the result of a partnership that Sony and Discord announced in May 2021, as the two work together to connect the two communities. While it is small, there could be more to come, with Discord stating that it looks forward to continuing its partnership with the gaming giant.

This new feature is available on every platform Discord is active on, from Windows computers to Android devices. You can connect your Discord account by going to the app’s user settings and logging in to your PSN account. You can also configure how you want to display information.

Discord says that you'll need to change your PSN Privacy Setting to "Everyone" to allow friends to see what game you're playing. It's unknown when this integration will roll out to other countries, with Discord only saying "soon."
