As players head to the Moonrise Towers in Act 2 of Baldur's Gate 3, they'll meet an interesting NPC named Araj Oblodra. She's a Drow and an alchemist interested in experimenting with True Soul blood. At some point after meeting her, you'll be faced with the choice of whether or not to give Araj Oblodra your blood in BG3.
Baldur's Gate 3 – Araj Oblodra has made a new potion for you using your blood sample – Act 3
Since Baldur's Gate 3 is a game of choices and consequences, players may want to know what they're signing up for. Giving your blood to Araj is actually a positive thing for players, and there aren't many consequences for players to worry about.
Now to answer the question, should you give Araj Oblodra your blood in BG3, then you should definitely do so. Once you give her your blood, she will make a useful potion from it and luckily your companions can also offer her their blood to get various potions.
Araj Oblodra doesn't really bring any negative consequences to players. If players choose to trust her and say "And what exactly do you plan to do with your share?" and pass a history check, they will learn that Araj is interested in the blood of the Illithids. She will even offer players 200 gold for keeping quiet. Even their companions can get extra gold if they pass a history check.
