Horizon Forbidden West Steam Deck Gameplay & Best Settings
The Steam Deck is a game changer for most Steam games, as you can now play them comfortably from almost anywhere. Given the portability of the Steam Deck, it obviously has some hardware limitations due to its size.
While Horizon Forbidden West does run on the Steam Deck, the main area where I found it to struggle is with the AMD Zen 2 CPU, as it has a hard time rendering. This can be fixed though if you’re happy playing the game on lower settings.
Most of the settings here are important. However, if you don't mind losing a few FPS, feel free to crank these settings up. The main thing you want to keep in mind is to upscale the game with AMD FSR 2.2.
