This question depends on how attentive the meeting host is. If they wanted to, they could easily make sure everyone knows when someone leaves a meeting. By default, however, Zoom doesn’t use an audible notification — play a chime — when someone leaves (or joins) a meeting. However, there are a few obvious changes that are easier for the host to see.
