Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO has arrived and for new players who don’t know what they’re doing, the controls can be a bit tricky to get the hang of.

How do you attack? How do you dodge? The game doesn’t tell you much unless you watch the extensive tutorial and jump straight into combat. So, depending on your platform or controller of choice, having a control guide handy is crucial to learning the ropes and giving yourself a fighting chance in the surprisingly difficult campaign.

Of course, there are other tips to winning battles. Knowing the controls isn’t a guaranteed path to victory, but it can at least help you understand what’s going on depending on whether you choose the Standard or Classic controller options.

Holding the Ki Charge button will give you access to special moves that use your power bar, such as Kamehameha and other classic DB moves. You can also go beyond your bar to gain access to super special attacks.
