Microsoft Word's Track Changes feature shows document owners all changes made to a document, when those changes were made, and who made the changes. Here's how to enable this feature.
Track changes and use comments in Microsoft Word (2023 Update for PC and Mac)
This feature is disabled by default. You can enable it for each document you want to track.
Go to the Review tab and select the Tracking drop-down arrow.
Turn on the Track Changes switch.
