Munkidori is the undisputed best Illustration Rare Pokémon Card to come out of the Pokémon TCG’s Shrouded Fable expansion set. Since it’s just a special art card, players use it in one of the best meta decks: Gardevoir ex. It allows you to put all of your Pokémon’s damage counters on an opponent, which can make the difference between a Pokémon being knocked out or keeping it alive.
