Facebook on Thursday introduced a virtual workplace experience called Horizon Workrooms.
How to use Horizon Workrooms on Oculus Quest 2!
Horizon Workrooms uses virtual reality via an Oculus Quest 2 headset to bring colleagues into the same workspace, even if they’re both working from home. Users can create their own avatar to join a virtual room or connect from their computer via a video call.
Some of the features include the ability to collaborate on a virtual whiteboard to sketch ideas, bring your files into VR, share your screen, configure the layout of a room for optimal collaboration, and sync your Outlook or Google Calendar.
According to Facebook, up to 16 people can be in a Workroom via VR and up to 50 people can be in a Workroom via video.
