One of Destiny 2’s most beloved blades, the Falling Guillotine, is back and available for free to all players as part of the Into the Light BRAVE arsenal. Shaxx has opened his vault of previously banned weapons and is offering Guardians a chance to once again obtain this Vortex Frame blade.

The BRAVE version of Falling Guillotine rolls with brand new perks and a few combos will definitely outshine the classic version when it comes to dishing out massive damage.

Falling Guillotine was already great, but it got a major upgrade with the BRAVE variant that arrived in Into the Light, with the sword able to roll both a Vorpal Weapon and another damage-boosting second perk. We went with two options here: Bait and Switch will be more consistent, as you only need to deal damage with your other weapons first, and Surrounded will grant more damage but require you to keep enemies alive near your location – tricky if you use the spinning heavy attack a lot.
