Fallout London had a pretty rough launch, but considering the mod’s size and clunky installation process, we’re not all that surprised. Now, the latest issue is that players’ HP is dramatically decreasing, and according to the developer on July 30th, the only way to fix it is to solve a math equation.

Fallout London Quest Bug, Unable to Complete

The bug in question relates to the early stages of the mod's story, which sees players riding a train through the ruins of post-nuclear London. The train ride causes the game to crash for some players, and when they restart they're left with abnormally low HP, leaving them vulnerable to all sorts of hazards.

Until an official fix comes along, the developer has posted a mathematical equation on the official Discord that will allow you to give your character the correct amount of health using console commands.

“For your current saves, calculate what your character’s max HP should be using the formula below,” wrote Team FOLON dev Callum Quick. He explained that players should “calculate the difference between that and your current max HP” and use the “modav command” (not setav) to achieve the desired result.
