The very last episode of "The Grand Tour" is almost here and Prime Video is giving fans a sneak peek at what to expect — and when.

“The Grand Tour: One for the Road,” a one-off special that marks the conclusion of the long-running series, launches on the streamer in more than 240 countries on September 13. Producer Andy Wilman revealed a first look at the art (see above) and the release date at the Edinburgh TV Festival, where he appears on a panel.

Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May head out together for one final road trip.

"In their latest adventure, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May ignore Mr Wilman's instructions and head to Zimbabwe in the three cars they've always wanted – a Lancia Montecarlo, a Ford Capri 3-litre and a Triumph Stag – on a mind-blowing road trip through beautiful and sometimes challenging landscapes that culminates in an emotional ending on a strangely familiar island," the synopsis reads.
