Fix Fire Stick Stuck on Logo Screen (Boot Loop)
Amazon Fire TV devices will display the “Fire TV” or “Amazon” logo on your TV screen for 3-5 seconds before loading the Fire OS home screen. Power issues, overheating, and hardware damage can cause your Fire TV Stick to get stuck on the Amazon logo.
If your Fire TV Stick is stuck on the boot screen, the troubleshooting solutions in this tutorial should fix the issue. The solutions below are applicable to all Amazon Fire TV Stick models or generations.
Sometimes the issue is due to a temporary system glitch. Amazon recommends waiting at least 25 minutes before attempting any troubleshooting measures. Keep the Amazon Fire TV Stick turned on and do not press any keys on the Fire TV Remote.
