Fixed a strange Office 2013 problem

Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc error

Recently a user in my office received the following error messages when he tried to open a Word document:

When the user clicked the OK button, it just came back up. What was really weird was that when she clicked the red X button, the document just opened! Weird!

The user was running Office 2013 and was getting this error. After some research, we came across a few possible solutions. In this post, I will list them here.
