To find Oswald's father in Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit, you'll need to gain access to the most dangerous areas of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, including the Party Room. After you regain access to the Ball Pit during Night 5 and Spring evades Bonnie after he chases Oswald back to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, you'll quickly realize that a fifth and final child needs to be rescued from the Party Room. This particular room, which we only saw briefly at the beginning of the game when Spring Bonnie dragged his victims into it, can be found at the far left end of the Party Hallway.
Since this is essentially the point of no return, you need to make sure you have completed all other tasks and achievements you want to achieve before pursuing this goal.
The room is currently locked tight and to get in you need the Party Room Keycard. This is actually located in the Backstage area, but Freddy and Bonnie are currently blocking the way in from the Dining Area. Normally it would seem like there is no other way to get in, but luckily Oswald now knows how to use the ventilation system.
