The game begins with a series of cutscenes between a young boy named Oswald and his father, who for the sake of the game is simply referred to as "Dad". While his father is off looking for a new job, Oswald is soon dropped off at Jeff's Pizzeria, a noticeably run-down pizzeria with cheap food and little to do due to the lack of customers.
