BG3 streamer Luality has previously completed challenges, such as beating the entire game single-handedly and defeating Raphael in a single turn. This latest feat tops all of those challenges and makes her worthy of the Crown of Karsus.
In addition to playing on Honor Mode, the near-impossible maximum difficulty of Baldur's Gate 3, Luality also limited himself to using companions, equipping them in any capacity, buying, selling and stealing, using tadpoles to become stronger, and talking to withers.
Additionally, all healing was limited to potions found in the world, and spell slots were simply gone once used up – no more Magic Missile. It almost goes without saying, but a single death would have ended the run.
