This article explains what an FPBF file is and how to use it.
Super Easy Way to Extract .zip.001 File with "7-Zip" (In 4 Steps)
A file with the FPBF file extension is a Mac OS X Burn Folder file used in the Mac operating system. It is used to store shortcuts or references to the files and folders that you want to burn to a disc.
On macOS, the folder with the .FPBF extension is simply called "Burn Folder," but elsewhere it may be referred to as a Finder Backup Burnable Archive file.
FPBF files can be opened using Apple's Finder. Some FPBF files can also be opened using Adobe Photoshop. If this works for you, Photoshop will only open a Photoshop-compatible file, such as an image, that is stored in the FPBF file. You cannot use Photoshop to burn the files to a disc, as the Burn Folder is designed to do.
