"I feel very fortunate that [my audience] found [my channel], that it's there for them, and that they somehow stumbled upon it. I look at the numbers and I think they're consistent with what I'm putting out there," Sabala said in an interview with Lifewire. "I think I've been fortunate that there are some really great people that follow me."
Sabala was a theatrical, precocious child growing up in the picturesque suburbs of Texas. His father was a welder, while his mother ran a daycare center out of the family home. With his older brother in tow, they were the ideal American family, strengthened by a close-knit community. His brother was the quintessential athlete, while Sabala took a more creative route.
