YouTuber Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech released a video where he shares all the names and specs for Apple’s upcoming iPhone 12 models. Of course, we should classify these as rumors and not official confirmation. Still, the specs are plausible and line up with other reported rumors surrounding Apple’s next iPhone iteration.
iPhone 12 EVERYTHING Leaked – Key Details About The Entire Lineup!
Price: Prosser says the iPhone 12 will start at $649, the iPhone 12 Max at $749, and the Pro and Pro Max at $999 and $1,099, respectively. These are, as Tom's Guide points out, about $50 less than the current iPhone 11 lineup.
Specs: All models appear to be powered by Apple’s custom A14 Bionic chip, and come with either 4GB (iPhone 12 models) or 6GB of RAM (Pro models). Storage appears to be 128GB and 256GB on the base models, rising to 512GB available on the Pro. The same goes for the cameras, with dual rear cameras on the 12 and 12 Max, with a triple camera array plus LIDAR on the Pro and Pro Max. All models are set to have sub-6GHz 5G capability, with the Pros getting mmWave capability.
The higher-end models will reportedly be made of steel, while the base models will come in an aluminum chassis. All models appear to have OLED displays, but the higher-end Pro and Pro Max are said to have Samsung-made panels with 10-bit color. The OLED in the lower-end models is likely to come from BOE Display.
