Once you leave the opening area of Tiltren in Medieval RPG Wartales, you can explore in two different directions, both of which have the same level range, four to six caps. If you're looking for quest or item locations, read on for a full map of the County of Arthes region.

I went to Arthes for Vertruse, but left before I was done because some of the fights were tough. However, when my party was level six, I came back and finished it. The map below also contains some relevant location information, so beware of spoilers.

I'm playing the game on Experienced difficulty and in the region-locked Exploration mode. You'll find that the mobs are largely the same as in Tiltren, though both animals and humans will surprise you with a few new combat moves to keep things interesting.

You’ll also find that there’s more regularity in large groups to fight, with nine or ten enemies pretty much standard. On the plus side, the map is easier to navigate compared to Vertruse Province. However, I found the toughest fights here to be a bit tougher than those in Vertruse.
