The second day of the NAIC Pokémon TCG tournament saw a major shift in play. One deck was at the top of the leaderboard heading into the final day tomorrow, as Gardevoir ex accounted for over 20% of the remaining decks in the tournament.

This is a huge increase from yesterday, when it was the third most played deck. In contrast, both Lugia VSTAR and Raging Bolt ex/Ogerpon ex have seen huge drops heading into day two, as they failed to land in New Orleans.

Gardevoir ex decks have benefited greatly from the release of the Twilight Masquerade expansion set. One card in particular, Munkidori, has returned to the top of competitive Pokémon play after falling out of favor at EUIC.
