Garmin has just launched a new version of its Venu Sq smartwatch, with a major battery overhaul, allowing the watch to last up to 11 days on a single charge.
How to Quickly Fix Garmin Watch Problems – Here's How
The aptly named Venu Sq 2 gets double the battery life of the previous version, but it’s also packed with a host of other improvements that will hopefully entice you to wrap it around your wrist. The OLED display is now larger, at 1.4 inches, and there’s a brand new Health Snapshot feature that provides a two-minute analysis of heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, breathing, stress, and more.
Sports and fitness tracking take center stage here, as the Venu Sq 2 comes with 25 built-in apps for different activities, including yoga, strength training, cardio, pilates, and more. You can also personalize your workouts by choosing from over 1,600 exercises.
You'll also get access to Garmin's digital coaching software, should you need some motivation to get off the couch (no judgments).
