Garmin’s latest premium running watches, the Forerunner 55 and Forerunner 945 LTE, offer a range of useful features for both novice and experienced runners. These include a battery life of 12 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the modes used, and a range of health monitoring options.
Both watches now also offer an extra layer of security with Garmin's Incident Detection and Assistance program.
The Incident Detection and Assistance feature on the Forerunner 55 and 945 LTE can automatically detect potential incidents and send your name and location to any emergency contacts you've previously set up in the Garmin Connect app.
