Five years after the release of Gears of War 5, fans of the franchise are eagerly awaiting the next installment in the series. It seems that it won't be long before we get the information we've been craving.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the voice of JD Fenix, Liam McIntyre, was asked by a fan about the situation with his in-game character following the events of Gears of War 5, and he gave an intriguing answer.
McIntyre, who saw his character JD killed in Gears of War 5, was asked if that death was canonical and admitted he had “no idea,” but added that he thinks the answer will be made clear “in June.”
