Generate Random Text or Lorem Ipsum Text in Word
Have you ever needed to add some random or meaningless text in Microsoft Word to test a document, temporarily fill some space, or just see how certain formatting looks? Luckily, Word provides a number of quick and easy ways to insert random text into your document.
To do this, place the cursor at the beginning of an empty paragraph. Type the following and press Enter. It doesn't matter whether you use lowercase, uppercase, or a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
Depending on your version of Word, you will get a default set of paragraphs with the same number of sentences in each paragraph. In Word 2016, I got 5 paragraphs, each with 3 sentences. All the sentences are useful tips on how to use Word.
