Now that Genshin Impact version 4.8 is halfway through, the developers have revealed the second phase of Character Event banners, and they look pretty stacked.

On August 1, Genshin Impact developers revealed that the second half of version 4.8 will include a new five-star Dendro character, Emilie, and a rerun of Yelan. If adding a new powerful Dendro character to the roster wasn’t enough, then adding a rerun banner of one of Genshin Impact’s best Hydro units could make this version the best yet.
Emilie and Yelan's banners both feature the same three four-star units: Razor, Yanfei, and one of the best four-star characters in Genshin, Xiangling. While Razor doesn't work well with Emilie and Yelan, Yanfei and Xiangling are both fantastic Pyro units that work perfectly with the five-star units on display. Some players, however, are furious that Xiangling has been included in yet another banner.
"Xiangling again? Wasn't she in Arlecchino's banner? Where Cheveruse," one player commented on Genshin's X-post.
